WHAT IS SLEEP READINESS? 

Sleep Readiness is the ability to recognize and implement sleep principles to support optimal brain function, emotional recovery, and physical recovery. Soldiers need 7-9 hours of sleep per day to maximize health and sustain performance.

PITTSBURGH INSOMNIA RATING SCALE - 20

The Pittsburgh Insomnia Rating Scale (PIRS-20) is a self-report questionnaire that assesses the respondent's sleep condition over the past week. Click on the image to download the survey.
