WHAT IS SLEEP READINESS?
Sleep Readiness is the ability to recognize and implement sleep principles to support optimal brain function, emotional recovery, and physical recovery. Soldiers need 7-9 hours of sleep per day to maximize health and sustain performance.

PITTSBURGH INSOMNIA RATING SCALE - 20

The Sleep Hygiene Index is self-rated questionnaire that assesses the habits and routines that enable healthy sleep behaviors and appropriate stimulus control (i.e. light and temperature control of sleep spaces). Click on the image to download the survey.
