Our Services
Meet with your BN Strength and Conditioning Coach to help you improve your physical fitness levels. It is encouraged to utilize your coaches at the Company level and below to maximize your unit’s physical readiness. Whether you need to get ready for Air Assault School or Ranger school our coaches will provide a program to help reach your physical fitness goals.
INJURY CONTROL
Meet with our injury control team to get you to return to duty and back in the fight. If you have an acute injury such as an ankle sprain, our athletic trainers can assist you rehabbing your injury. If you are coming back from shoulder surgery our physical therapists can help aide in your rehabilition
The ability to recognize, select, & consume the requisite food & drink to meet the physical & nonphysical demands of any duty or combat position, accomplish the mission & come home healthy.
The ability to meet the mental demands of any combat or duty position, adapt successfully in the presence of extreme risk & adversity, accomplish the mission, & continue to fight & win.
Sleep Readiness is the ability to recognize and implement sleep principles to support optimal brain function, emotional recovery, and physical recovery. Soldiers need 7-9 hours of sleep per day to maximize health and sustain performance.
The development of the personal qualities needed to sustain a person in times of stress, hardship, & tragedy.
